Instructions

- Make the Glaze: Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the unsalted butter and hot honey to the same skillet, stirring and scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Let the mixture simmer gently for 2–3 minutes until it thickens slightly to a syrupy consistency.
- Glaze the Chicken: Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet. Spoon the hot honey glaze over each piece thoroughly. Let the chicken cook in the glaze for another 2–3 minutes to absorb the sweet and spicy flavors.
- Serve: Transfer the glazed chicken to a serving plate. Drizzle with any remaining glaze from the skillet. Sprinkle generously with crumbled feta cheese and garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary if using. Serve immediately while hot.
