- 2 Tbsp Honey (or maple syrup)
- 2 Tbsp Water
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, add together the almond flour, chocolate-flavored whey protein, cocoa powder, almond butter, honey, and water.
- Mix Dough: Using a silicone spatula, mix all ingredients well until a thick, uniform dough forms.
- Form Balls: Shape the dough into 1-inch balls using your hands.
- Coat with Chocolate Chips: Pour the mini chocolate chips onto a plate and roll each ball in the chips until fully coated.
- Chill and Serve: Place the coated balls onto a parchment-lined pan and chill in the fridge until firm. They can be served right away or stored chilled for a quick snack.
